Patients with refractory or severe acne.

• Usually more than 25 bumps and the bumps can be deep and resemble boils or abscesses.
• Patients who have failed chronic oral antibiotic therapy and previous treatment with Accutane (isotretinion).
• Patients who are being referred by other dermatologists.
